Because the target population is largely illiterate, and has no previous experience with health insurance, Calcutta Kids will ensure that they are aware of all that their health insurance product entitles them to claim. For example, some clients may not be aware that they can claim 30 days worth of post-hospitalization expenses, so Calcutta Kids will make sure that hospitalized clients understand what they are entitled to.
