CASHLESS CLAIMS PROCESS
An insurance scheme that reimburses clients’ health care expenses is problematic, since the target population goes through a lot of difficulty in organizing the money to pay for health care in the first place. Instead, this scheme will have a “cashless” claims process, where the TPA will pay for clients’ expenses and then they will get reimbursed by insurance companies.
