PRODUCT & OPERATIONAL DESIGN
The MIA will aid in the design of the insurance product and operations, using their knowledge and experience. As opposed to being a scaled-down version of products created for higher income markets, the product and operations will aim to respond to the unique needs and desires of the target population.
