GROUND-LEVEL MONITORING
Both the small size of the insured population and Calcutta Kids' ground-level operations allow it to monitor the scheme closely. This will shed light on demand-responsivity of the insurance product and operations. One example of such monitoring will be follow-up meetings conducted with families that have been involved in a claim.
